ILAN LEV METHOD

The Ilan Lev Method (ILM) is a revolutionary form of bodywork with movement at its core. During a session, you lie fully clothed on a treatment table and are moved with ease through all parts of the skeletal system, with a light, playful touch and an invitation to curiosity. A treatment opens communication between all parts of your system, allowing it to reorganize with the new information it receives. Since 2021, I have been working as a certified practitioner and had the great fortune of learning directly from Ilan Lev himself.

The inter-relational aspect, the dialogue within the body, is central during the treatment. All parts of the body begin to move, vibrate, and communicate, including those areas that are held or blocked by physical and/or emotional trauma and injuries. The movement between practitioner and client can be compared to a dance. We communicate through our sensory systems with physical movement, energetic awareness, breath, sound, and intention. Although the release of stuck tissue often brings [and/or] sadness, emotions, energy, memories, pain to the surface, a session is most often experienced as light and playful.

Who is the treatment suitable for?

In short; everyone. Movement is the basis and movement is what we all need to live our lives. It can be of support to you in cases of;

Improving physical movement understanding [for everyone, but can be necessary beneficial for people who are working with their body, like dancers, athletes, musicians]

Practical information

A treatment lasts approximately 90 minutes, including a consultation before and after. Patterns often do not change in just one session. The number of sessions needed varies from person to person.
For a course of 6 sessions you will receive a €10.00 discount per session. Price of the package € 510,00 to be paid in advance or at the first session.
The costs are €95 per session.
Payment immediately after the session; this can be done in cash, by bank transfer or tikkie.
It is possible to receive an invoice by email.
My treatments are unfortunately not reimbursed by a health insurer.
You can give a treatment to a friend as a gift with a personal gift voucher.

Cancellation

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. Appointments rescheduled or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged regardless of the reason.
